  1. A physical or electronic signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been used without permission. For multiple works, provide a representative list with URLs or asset IDs.
  3. A description of the specific material hosted on Undead Corridor that you want removed, plus enough detail (page URL, screenshot, video timestamp, etc.) for us to locate the content.
  4. Contact information—name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and an email address we can use during the investigation.
  5. A good-faith statement affirming that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A declaration that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right that has allegedly been infringed.

Review timeline

Once a complete notice is received, we acknowledge receipt via email, evaluate the materials, and if necessary, remove or disable the content. We will notify the uploader or partner involved so they can submit a counter notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Counter notice guidance

If your material was removed and you believe the takedown was mistaken, send a counter notice with your signature, the removed material's location, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court covering Marietta, Georgia. We will forward the counter notice to the original claimant and, absent further action, may restore the content within ten business days.
